As CEO of Casavida, Mike Paeske serves as the firm’s strategic leader. He brings to the team over 15 years of on-the-ground experience in all facets of investment real estate, which he utilizes to foster business development and expansion. His background includes acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, development, complicated lease structuring, building construction, investments, and strategic partnerships. In addition to his role as CEO of Casavida, Mike also serves as CEO of two San Diego-based sister companies, Commercial Facilities Incorporated (CFI) and Net Leased Management (NLM). Each firm’s managed portfolio is comprised of commercial properties located in Southern California and across the United States. NLM manages 50 such properties in 14 states. The combined portfolio of both firms surpasses $1 billion.

In addition to securing new accounts, Mike has also developed operational efficiencies within Casavida that continue to scale the business and add value to clients. As a trusted advisor, he not only ensures client satisfaction but also fosters a healthy environment for the Casavida team. He promotes a company culture that thrives on meaning and substance while also encouraging employee work-life balance.

Native to San Diego, Mike grew up in Encinitas and he continues to live in the North County area with his wife, daughter, and son. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast, so he spends much of his free time skiing, paddle boarding, surfing, mountain biking, and traveling with his family.
