Natasha Tucker, CPM Candidate, ARM®
Natasha Tucker serves as one of Casavida’s Residential Property Managers. She is responsible for the overall management of assigned residential properties, satisfying the requirements of the owners and tenants, preserving and increasing the value and integrity of the properties, and helping owners meet financial objectives. Natasha joined Casavida in 2019.
Prior to Casavida, Natasha worked as a Director of Operations and Business Development for Frontier Communications. While there, she was responsible for vendor activities in the Big Box Program. Natasha served in the United States Army as a Paratrooper in the thirty-fifth Signal Brigade. Highly decorated with combat and peace-time missions, Natasha specialized in leadership and communications with Coalition Forces.
Natasha started her Property Management career in 2019. She developed skills in managing owner expectations, vendor relations, and compliance. She strives to lead by example. Natasha is a certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) through IREM and is also a CPM Candidate. Natasha also holds an active real estate license in the state of California.
Natasha currently lives in El Cajon with her fiancé, two teenage boys, and two dogs. In her spare time, she likes to play chess and read. Natasha also spends time volunteering for veteran organizations that are focused on mental health and suicide prevention.
